On the 14th and 15th of February, all regional managers of Paknam gathered at the central office in Tehran for a two-day meeting to analyze the performance of their respective representatives for the year 2023 and to coordinate and plan for 2024. During this gathering, collective knowledge was shared, and each regional manager presented their report in a PowerPoint file. Dr. Radsaeid, the CEO of Paknam, attended the meeting, elaborating on the company’s sales policies and requests. He also listened to the challenges raised by the regional managers regarding practical obstacles and issued directives to address the matters discussed. Considering the evolving marketing and sales approaches in this new era, Mr. Shahtaimouri presented the new generation of marketing positioning (mental positioning).
